Q: Which types of flight are handled by LTT Aviation?

A: LTT Aviation handles all types of flights - scheduled and non-scheduled, domestic and international flights, private/business jets and air ambulance operations as well as cargo flights.

Q: What type of ground services does LTT Aviation provide?

A: We provide both above and below wing ground services along with any terminal services that may be requested. 

Q: What are some examples of above wing services?

A: Above wing services include but are not limited to catering and de-catering, removing all trash from the cabin, stowing blankets and pillows, folding seatbelts, vacuuming, cleaning the lavatories and galleys, etc.

Q: What are some examples of below wing services?

A: Below the wing services include, but are not limited to, the application of ground power, loading and unloading, fueling, lavatory service, potable water service, baggage handling and air starts when required.

Q: What terminal services do you provide?

A: Passenger check in, passenger enplaning and deplaning, baggage check in, Ground Security Coordinator, Crew Transportation.

Q: How long does it take to have our requested services confirmed?

A: We are short notice specialist. The location and time where service is requested and to be delivered varies. We do our best to confirm requested services in a timely manner.

Q: What do I need to do in order to start using LTT credit facilities?

A: For first timers, you must fill our credit application form and send to fltops@lttaviation.com.Our dedicated staff will then get back to you within 24 hours.

Q: Does LTT Aviation cover all the airports in Nigeria and Africa?

A: Yes we cover all the airports in Nigeria and we have global partners to handle your flight anywhere.

Q: What time does your Operations Dept. close?

Our Operations Department works 24/7 and will be happy to receive your requests, questions and feedback around the clock.
