GROUND HANDLING

We at LTT Cargo and Aviation services coordinate ground handling facilities in all the airports in Nigeria for any type of aircraft, from private, executive to chartered flights, from business, passengers to cargo flights. Our experienced staff are cognizant of the regulations associated with the airside and this gives our clientele maximum security when working with them.

We maximize our clientele time and minimize their costs through the following during ground handling:

Co-ordinate with any third party agents who are related to the flight to insure smooth flight from ``start to finish``

Prepare paper work connected to flight operations: filing of flight plans on ATC, collection of weather briefing & NOTAM and deliver to Pilot in Command before every flight departs.

Supervise the movement and the servicing of ground equipments on the ramp.

Our Ground Handlers does not leave the side of the aircraft until the aircraft departs.

Assist crew /passengers through Customs & Immigration formalities.

Prepare all the necessary documents for arrival and departure.

Provide Captain/crew with airport diagrams and approach charts on request.
We maintain close relations with local authorities to insure smooth flighT.

Customs/Immigration Assistance

LTT Aviations can help to minimize the waiting time for crew and passengers through Customs & Immigration procedures.

Our protocol officers can arrange for visa on arrival. Personal details required from 3 to 5 working days prior to arrival day.

VIP Service
Private lounge for VIP where private Customs & Immigration procedures will be handled by our staff.

Prepaid Airport Fees

All Charges incurred by your aircraft at airport will be prepaid by our company on your behalf if we have an outstanding agreement with your company. This will eliminate the inconveniences caused by language barriers, currency differences and the uncertainty of not knowing which airports accept credit cards or not, And most importantly, by this means, we will save you time.

Ground Transportation
We arrange crew and passenger transportation to hotels or for sight seeing during your stay in Nigeria. We provide security escort services for executives, celebrities, government officers and other clients who requested for security escort.

Executive and Aircraft Protection
We can help you protect your executives, crew and your aircraft during crew rest. Our handling agents do not leave the side of the aircraft until departs.

Hotel Accommodation
We have room reservation agreements with all three, four and five star hotels within Nigeria. This makes it easier to reservation for our clients.

Air Catering

We assist our clients in booking air catering and dry store services, we co-ordinate with air catering company to insure on-time delivery.

Travel
We provide cultural package tours to discover Nigeria through our sister company, Lets Tour and Travel, an IATA accredited sales agent. We also provide customized tours, pilgrimage/hajj Operations to meet your requirements.
